May I speak with the models directly?
No, we take care of all communication outside of the meeting. One of the reasons why our models have chosen to be represented by an agency as opposed to being independent is because they simply do not have the time or the desire to arrange appointments themselves.

Can I ask a model to see me without representation of the agency?
All models represented by us have made a conscious decision to be represented by an agency. Please refrain from asking your model to meet you without our mediation - it's considered rude as it shows little respect for their decision, and for us as an agency.

What if I would like the courtesan to stay longer than initially agreed on?
If you would like to extend your appointment during your date, please let your model know and she will inform us. When an extension is decided within the first hour of your appointment, the prices as shown on the website apply. Otherwise an hourly rate of $500 applies.

BOOKINGS
How do I make a booking?
1. Choose your ideal model. We are happy to help you with your decision.
2. Contact us either through email or telephone.
3. We will check whether the model is available and confirm this with you.
4. The appointment details will be talked through and confirmed.

How far in advance do I need to make a booking?
If you have a specific model in mind, it’s always wise to book at least 48 hours in advance, as the availability of our models is limited as a result of their busy daily lives.

FEES AND EXPENSES
Are the fees negotiable?
All the fees in the pricing sections of our website are non-negotiable. Lavish Desires offers company with class, and just like all quality things in life, this comes with a certain price.

What kind of payment is accepted?
We accept payments made in with credit card and via bank transfer. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard (we will need your card details up-front, so that we can ask for authorization). When paying with credit card, a 4% surcharge of the total will be added. It is also required by the credit card company that we take down your ID-number.  U.S. residents, this can be a driver´s license. Payment through bank transfer has to be taken care of at least one day before your meeting is to take place.

Do I have to pay travel expenses?
Travel expenses are calculated in accordance with distance and means of transportation, and only apply if the meeting takes place outside of the home area of the lady or gentleman in question. Within the Denver metro area, consisting of a 5-mile radius, there are no traveling expenses to be incurred. For distances greater than the Denver metro area, if the model is providing for their own transportation, traveling expenses are one dollar per mile. For example: if your location is at a distance of 40m from the model's home area, the travelling expenses will be $40 each way.

Is what I am doing illegal?
No, it is not. At Lavish Desires we operate a completely legal modeling agency. Our attorneys have carefully reviewed everything in our business practice in order to protect our models and our clients. Is Match.com or Jdate illegal? What we offer is the same as those dating sites, however we guarantee a beautiful and intelligent model without the games and uncertainty.
